CIVIL WORDS
Civil Words is a social promotion association that deals with civil theater based in Orzinuovi and Milan (Italy). Through our content we want to directly and concretely help those who fight for human rights every day and offer their lives in the service of others. We carry out various activities to fulfill our statutory purposes (theatre performances, workshops, concerts, organization of debates and events), but the real engine that drives us forward is telling true stories to remember, to learn from the past, to reflect and encourage discussions, educating about history and culture through direct contact with them, made possible by international collaborations with institutions and associations willing to invest in intercultural exchange and comparison with the different. We are constantly looking for collaborations with other associations with which to create ad hoc projects to support a social cause or the associations themselves using our repertoire of shows, or creating one on the chosen theme. It is possible to organize theatre, music therapy, cinema or music workshops, thanks to the different skills of the collective of artists that make up Civil Words, also collaborating with schools and institutions to create audiovisual material, projections and artistic workshops.
